Delivery Information

All mail is at the purchaser's risk. Postage (always at prevailing rates) is extra, as set out in the following table:

All orders over $30 are automatically shipped by Registered Post (within Australia) or Insured Post (outside of Australia). Insurance is NOT available to all countries (customers will be advised if this is the case). Please note that International Registered Mail exists only for documents and is inappropriate for orders.

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment (for orders paid by cheque, orders will be sent after the cheque has cleared). I use quality collectable stamps on all orders, which are hand cancelled. However, Australia Post's sorting machinery will often 'cancel' the envelope with additional ink-jet cancels. I have no control over this.
