Usually the higher rate stamp ($4.30) will be in a larger format, which is a change to previous issues.

Self-adhesive Booklets
Although not rouletted, the booklets could be folded in half without damage to the stamps. Both booklets promote the personalised stamp service. Booklets are distributed to post offices in chequebooks of 20 booklets. These are not listed on this website.

Personalised Stamps
Personalised stamp service.The $1.50 and $2.20 stamps were issued as personalised stamps. Stocks of the $1.50 and $2.20 stamps were available for personalisation on 28 June, but the website was not updated until 1 July 2010. I was able to purchase mine on 28 June after several phone calls and e-mails, receiving them on 30 June. As with previous personalised stamps the phosphor tagging is different to the booklet stamps.
